WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A minimum of five years’ experience (preferred), I-Car certifications a plus
Advanced knowledge of all aspects of repairs to put vehicles back to pre-loss condition
Team mentality to work closely with estimators and management
Free range of motion in hands and arms to work with small parts and small spaces
Maintain knowledge of vehicle body repair procedures; stay current with trends
Read and understand manuals and computerized data and procedures
Accurately and efficiently read work orders and follow shop protocol for best practice
IMPORTANT TO HAVE
Strong communication, interaction and organizational skills
Valid/current driver's license
Excellent vision to ascertain distance and color, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Pride in ability to consistently produce high quality craftsmanship
Be on time, consistent, reliable and dependable (work ethic and attendance)
Focus on meeting deadlines
